Warehouse Associate – Shipping & Receiving

Location: Mississauga, ON

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

Pay: $18.00–$21.00 per hour, depending on experience

Job Type: Full-Time

Position Overview

We are currently looking for a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Associate to join our team in Mississauga. The successful candidate will be responsible for receiving and putting away incoming goods, picking and packing customer orders, and assisting with general warehouse duties.

This is a hands-on position for someone who enjoys staying active and takes pride in keeping a warehouse organized, clean, and running efficiently.

Responsibilities

  • Receive incoming shipments and verify goods against receiving paperwork and invoices
  • Put away products in their designated warehouse locations
  • Pick products accurately according to customer orders
  • Pack orders securely and prepare them for shipment
  • Read and understand invoices, receiving documents, packing slips, and order information
  • Move products and pallets throughout the warehouse
  • Build and tear down pallets
  • Organize and maintain warehouse inventory
  • Keep the warehouse clean and organized, including sweeping floors
  • Assist with general warehouse duties as required
  • Follow all company safety procedures and maintain a safe work environment
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Previous warehouse experience is an asset
  • Able to accurately read and understand invoices, paperwork, and product information
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Comfortable performing physical, hands-on warehouse work
  • Able to lift, move, and organize products and materials
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Able to perform a variety of general warehouse duties
  • Forklift experience is an asset but not required
