We develop technology-based solutions matching customer needs and delivery capacity with precision and efficiency, and expanding and transforming delivery experience with unprecedented quality, productivity and scale.As a Sr. Sales Operations Manager, you will develop and manage key outsourced Customer Acquisition Centers (CACs). You will partner with Directors and Heads of Sales teams to develop and optimize sales operations, identify short term and long term goals, drive and develop scalable methods of tracking production, and deep-dive to resolve sub-par performance. You will own specific CAC relationships end-to-end, and seek to identify new potential CAC partners in the market.The Sr Sales Operations Manager will be accountable for ensuring that sales are executed in line with Amazon’s customer obsessed culture. You will be responsible for coordinating with KfB’s Operations team to ensure that customer installations are booked and executed in a timely, friction-free, and professional manner. Salary is based on a number of factors and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
