Job Summary

We are a premier D2C eCommerce design agency dedicated to building high-converting digital experiences that turn traffic into loyal customers. We are seeking a talented Full Stack Shopify Developer to join our team and bridge the gap between creative design and technical excellence. In this role, you will be the technical engine behind our storefronts, crafting custom Liquid themes, building bespoke apps, and optimizing performance for high-growth brands. Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and manage robust Shopify storefronts, including custom theme builds and template modifications.
  • Convert design mocks from Sketch or Adobe into fully functional, responsive web pages and high-converting offer funnels.
  • Create and maintain both public and private Shopify applications to extend store functionality.
  • Optimize site speed, load times, and technical SEO to maximize conversion rates for diverse D2C clients.
  • Perform rigorous QA, debugging first and third-party apps, and troubleshooting issues across the full eCommerce stack.
  • Collaborate closely with design teams and project managers to translate brand style guides into seamless UX.
  • Implement complex system integrations, data migrations, and third-party API synchronizations.
  • Exercise project leadership during all development phases, staying ahead of new web and eCommerce technologies.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer specifically within the Shopify ecosystem (Liquid, Shopify API, and App development).
  • Expertise in core web technologies: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), and Node.js.
  • Strong proficiency with libraries and frameworks such as React, jQuery, or Backbone.js.
  • Experience with CSS frameworks like Foundation or Bootstrap and version control systems.
  • Deep understanding of Shopify Plus features, including customer, product, and order management.
  • Ability to conduct root cause analysis and implement security and data protection best practices (GDPR).
  • Exceptional communication skills and a collaborative mindset to work within a remote team environment.
  • Presence in a North America or Latin America time zone for successful team synchronization.

Nice-to-Haves

  • Experience with PHP and SQL.
  • Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating D2C eCommerce design creatives and successful site launches.
  • Experience building custom landing pages specifically designed for high-volume marketing traffic.
