Service Client Bilingue Français/Anglais

Job Description:

  • Provide first-level technical service for installation, operation, and maintenance of products and applications
  • Answer inbound customer queries with an emphasis on customer care
  • Build and maintain positive customer relationships by offering personalized solutions
  • Coordinate with various company functions to handle requests appropriately
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues using established diagnostic tools and procedures
  • Escalate customer issues as required
  • Accurately input data using prescribed applications
  • Work 8-hour shifts, 5 days per week, across morning, afternoon, or night schedules
  • Support program operations running Monday to Sunday, 9 AM to midnight

Requirements:

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Full-time availability
  • Excellent hardwired home internet; Wi-Fi is not permitted
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and French
  • Excellent computer skills
  • French-English bilingualism required, both spoken and written
  • Availability for morning, afternoon, or night shifts
  • Availability at least one weekend day per week is mandatory
  • No travel required
