Goodmen Corporation is seeking an experienced Senior ICI Roofing Estimator to join our expanding team. We are looking for a motivated, detail-oriented professional with a minimum of 5 - 7 years of ICI roofing senior estimating experience, with 8 -10+ years preferred, to help expand our estimating department and contribute to the continued growth of our company.

If you have a proven track record of preparing accurate, competitive bids and building strong relationships with clients, consultants, and general contractors, we'd like to meet with you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare accurate and competitive estimates for ICI roofing projects.
  • Review and understand tender documents, architectural drawings, specifications, and all addenda.
  • Perform detailed quantity take-offs and pricing.
  • Prepare complete tender submissions and proposals.
  • Conduct site visits as required.
  • Work with project managers, operations, suppliers, and subcontractors.
  • Negotiate pricing and manage bid opportunities.
  • Ensure successful project handoff following awarded contracts.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 - 7 years of ICI roofing estimating experience.
  • 8 -10+ years of experience is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of commercial roofing systems including but not limited to SBS, BUR, TPO, EPDM, PVC, and sheet metal.
  • Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings and specifications.
  • Experience using estimating software.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and negotiation skills.
  • Leadership and performance driven.
