Entrepreneurial to our core, our talented team members transcend obstacles into opportunities and are successfully transforming mid-market business practices.<br><br><strong>Responsibilities<br><br></strong><ul><li>Prepare correspondence materials including templates, documents, letters, reports, PowerPoint presentations and Excel workbooks; reviewing and modifying as required</li><li>Research, compile and summarize data and key information</li><li>Schedule and coordinate logistics for meetings, events, travel arrangements, and other business activities</li><li>Coordinate meeting agendas and supporting materials; record minutes and action items to distribute or archive as required</li><li>Support leaders with calendar and email management</li><li>Support leaders with invoicing and preparation of expense reports for submission</li><li>Support day to day operations including drafting team communications, coordinating team member on / off boarding, maintaining distributions lists, reviewing time codes, and approving expense reports</li><li>Maintain process documentation and contribute to the development of new ideas and approaches to improve work processes</li><li>Work collaboratively with other team members and leaders</li><li>Build relationships and communicate regularly with key stakeholders</li><li>Develop a thorough understanding of MNP’s services, business, and industry</li><li>Maintain flexibility to work overtime, as required<br><br><br></li></ul><strong>Skills And Experience<br><br></strong><ul><li>5+ years of increasingly complex administrative responsibilities</li><li>Written and verbal English language skills, with French considered an asset</li><li>Excellent organization skills with the ability to manage time in a fast paced and agile environment</li><li>Strong attention to detail and client service focus</li><li>Demonstrated ability to move tasks forward with minimal direction, including the ability to influence others to keep tasks on track and proactively raise concerns as needed</li><li>Strong critical thinking and professional judgement skills to apply guidelines and best practices consistently across tasks </li><li>Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Word, Excel, Teams, PowerPoint and Outlook</li><li>Ability to communicate professionally at all levels</li><li>Any of the following would be considered an asset:</li><ul><li>Post-secondary education in Business Administration</li><li>Prior experience working with senior leaders in a Professional Services environment<br></li></ul></ul><strong>MyRewards@MNP<br><br></strong>With a focus on high-potential earnings, MNP is proud to offer customized rewards that support our unique culture and a balanced lifestyle to thrive at work and outside of the office.
