  • Convert strong inbound demand generated by an active marketing team
  • Attend and leverage industry events, conferences, and client meetings
  • Build and manage pipeline with discipline using Salesforce

  • Proven track record of selling directly to high-net-worth individual investors
  • Comfortable initiating conversations - cold outreach, warm reactivation, events, referrals
  • Can speak fluently about markets, portfolio allocation, inflation, and why real assets matter now
  • Has led or managed a small team and can speak to it with real substance and specific examples
  • CSC or equivalent financial designation preferred
  • High energy, disciplined, and accountable - leads from the front not from behind a desk
  • Self-starter who doesn't need a system handed to them to produce results
  • Comfortable with variable income and motivated by uncapped upside
  • Someone who feels capped or constrained in their current seat and believes the right platform changes everything

Why is This a Great Opportunity:

  • Market Timing - Gold at all-time highs. You are selling the right product at the right moment.
  • Brand - Instantly recognized and respected in the precious metals space. Opens doors immediately.
  • Warm Opportunity - A large book of dormant clients ready to be re-engaged by the right person.
  • Inbound Demand - Marketing is generating real leads. Your job is to convert them.
  • Uncapped Earnings - Commission tied directly to what you produce. No ceiling.
  • Visibility - Direct line to the President and CSO. Your results will be seen and recognized.
  • Ownership - This is your role to define. No legacy process holding you back.
