Sales Associate Mississauga (Full-Time) Weekends Must

Job Description:
Just Temptations is seeking a motivated, outgoing, and results-driven Sales Associate to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys connecting with customers, closing sales, and creating an engaging shopping experience that drives revenue and customer loyalty.

The Sales Associate will play a key role in promoting products, increasing sales, and delivering exceptional service. The ideal candidate is confident in approaching customers, identifying their needs, recommending products, and maximizing every sales opportunity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Actively engage customers and create a strong first impression on the sales floor
  • Identify customer needs and recommend products that lead to confident purchasing decisions
  • Drive sales through upselling, cross-selling, and product knowledge
  • Meet or exceed individual and team sales goals
  • Promote featured products, special offers, and new arrivals
  • Build strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and brand loyalty
  • Handle transactions accurately and efficiently at the point of sale
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales environment
  • Stay informed on product features, pricing, and promotions
  • Support the team in achieving daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
