Role Description

This full-time remote role as a Sales Account Manager - AWS will involve building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and managing customer accounts. The role includes creating strategies to enhance customer satisfaction, driving lead generation, and collaborating with internal teams to meet and exceed client expectations. You will play a critical role in ensuring long-term client success and fostering growth for the organization.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Account Management and managing customer relationships.
  • Strong background in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service practices.
  • Experience in Lead Generation and identifying new business opportunities.
  • Excellent Communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and simplify complex concepts.
  • Proven ability to work in a remote environment with cross-functional teams.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Knowledge of AWS solutions and cloud computing is a strong advantage.
  • Track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets is desirable.
