  • Identifier les besoins des clients, repérer les opportunités et présenter des solutions
  • Enquêter et résoudre les préoccupations des clients
  • Tenir des dossiers détaillés des interactions avec les clients
  • Préparer la documentation et compléter les demandes des clients

Requirements:

  • Permis valide en assurance vie (LLQP)
  • Expérience dans le secteur des services financiers, y compris assurance, fonds distincts, concepts de planification financière
  • Capacité à cerner les besoins des clients et à repérer les opportunités
  • Expérience avec des assureurs tiers considérée comme un atout
  • Autonomie, adaptabilité, débrouillardise dans un environnement dynamique
  • Approche professionnelle axée sur le client, solides compétences en communication (orale et écrite)
  • Grande attention aux détails, précision et rigueur
  • Aisance avec la navigation dans plusieurs systèmes et gestion de priorités concurrentes
  • Vérification du casier judiciaire et des antécédents de crédit obligatoire
