Remote VIP Host

This position is responsible for developing strong and lasting relationships with high valued players through in bound and out bound communications and occasional face to face contact. The VIP Host provides a first-class gaming experience to VIP players through strong relationship management and communication. This role is responsible for identifying potential and current high valued players and analyzing their behaviors and activity in order to acquire and retain VIP players.


This is a remote position; however, candidates must reside in Alberta or the surrounding area. Periodic domestic and U.S. travel will be required to support events.


What You'll Do:



  • Act as the personal VIP Host by building and maintaining strong relationships with VIP customers via various forms of contact.

  • Provide VIP customers with an industry-leading customer service and gaming experience.

  • Monitor VIP customer behaviors, interests, and ensure that customer expectations are met.

  • Engage with VIP players, and at times other players including the chat room on site.

  • Assist in the creation and execution of VIP Events.

  • Work with VIP Team, Support Team and land-based casino Marketing Team to keep them informed about upcoming promotions and get their feedback on the response to customer communication and user journeys. Report to Group management on the outcome of feedback and make suggestions for future promotion or customer journey improvements.

  • Analyze VIP and promotional KPIs and profitability and provide reports and comments to the Director of VIP Accounts.

  • Other duties as necessary and/or assigned.


What You'll Bring:



  • The ability to be engaging, enthusiastic and personal

  • Understanding of current direction of online casino/sportsbook VIP Programs.

  • Ability to make best practice recommendations on our VIP program relative others.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Previous experience with high valued customers

  • Previous experience in a managerial role in the online gaming industry preferred but not required

  • Ability to multi-task and work well under pressure

  • Experience with computers, browsers and mobile devices

  • Self-motivated, dedicated and very reliable

  • Gaming industry experience preferred

This role spans a wide breadth of experience at Rush Street Interactive, welcoming candidates with diverse experiences, backgrounds, and locations. The pay range reflects potential variations in experience, skills, and location. The pay range does not reflect total compensation, which includes base pay, benefits, and/or bonuses. For candidates outside the US (Canada, Europe, Latin America), we take a locally informed approach to compensation and will share specific ranges based on your country of residence.

Pay Range

$60,000 - $85,000 CAD
