About the Role

Our client is seeking a dedicated and innovative Remote Learning Specialist to support their expanding online education initiatives in Laval . While the role is based in Laval, it requires on-site presence for training and collaborative meetings. You will play a critical role in enhancing the quality and effectiveness of online courses, providing technical and pedagogical support to instructors and students. This position is perfect for an individual passionate about educational technology and committed to fostering successful online learning experiences within a structured institutional framework.

Key Responsibilities Provide technical and pedagogical support to instructors and students using the Learning Management System (LMS) and other online tools. Assist in the design, development, and maintenance of online courses, ensuring they are user-friendly and engaging. Conduct training sessions for faculty and staff on effective online teaching strategies and technologies. Troubleshoot technical issues related to the LMS and online course delivery. Stay abreast of emerging trends and best practices in online learning and educational technology. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Education, Educational Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Proven experience in supporting online learning environments or working with Learning Management Systems (e.g., Moodle, Canvas, Blackboard). Strong understanding of instructional design principles and online pedagogy. Excellent technical troubleshooting skills and proficiency with relevant software.
