Remote Casino Coordinator - Ontario / Canada

As Casino Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing the game lobby and content for our Canadian market focus brand. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including CRM, marketing, operations and brand management, to drive casino strategy, enhance user experience, and ensure the successful delivery of engaging and profitable casino promotions and campaigns. Your expertise in the iGaming industry, marketing tactics, and player preferences will be critical in driving customer satisfaction and revenue growth.




Responsibilities:





  • Gather data related to player or specific product activity.

  • Assist in preparing reports for further development of the brand strategy

  • Be a point of contact for escalations from Customer Support, other brand departments and brand managers, and take the required business decisions on individual cases.

  • Monitor of our key user experience flows, issue/bug escalation and follow-up until resolution or backlog addition.

  • Maintain marketing campaigns outside of CRM scope.

  • Perform prior and post campaign analysis to identify areas for improvement, create an effective follow plan and conclusions or take appropriate action.

  • Assist in content writing, activity reporting and crediting prizes.

  • Assist RFP team in contacting players flagged as high-risk to verify account ownership.

  • Lobby organization and game rotation:

  • Add new games to relevant categories and organizing the lobby for easy navigation

  • Highlight featured games or seasonal promotions

  • Monitor game performance and adjusting the rotation based on popularity

  • Analyse competitor sites for their promotions, game offerings, and user experience.

  • Check and ensure that all casino and live casino products are available for customers and that all games and their functionalities work normally.

  • Regularly review games performance and pro-actively highlight any new trends for consideration as well as lobby recommendations for consideration.




Requirements:





  • Experience in Casino Operations, VIP, Affiliate team within iGaming/Online Casino

  • Knowledge and experience operating in the local market

  • Experience in data analysis and report preparation

  • Familiarity with gaming industry trends and competitor analysis

  • Strong organizational and time management abilities

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
