About Us

We're a fast-growing marketing agency helping excavation and septic contractors generate more high-value excavation and septic tank installation jobs through advertising, lead management, and sales systems.

What You'll Do

  • Call local excavation and septic companies
  • Qualify business owners
  • Book appointments for our sales team
  • Follow up with prospects
  • Track conversations in our CRM
  • Meet daily activity goals

Compensation

  • $1,500/month guaranteed base
  • $100 for every qualified appointment that attends
  • + $200 additional for every sale that closes from your appointment
  • Unlimited bonus potential

Top performers can earn $4,000–$6,000+ per month.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 1+ year of outbound cold calling or B2B sales experience preferred.
  • Excellent spoken and written English.
  • Comfortable making 100+ outbound calls per day.
  • Confident speaking with business owners.
  • Coachable, competitive, and self-motivated.
  • Experience using a CRM (GoHighLevel, HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.) is a plus.
  • Reliable internet connection and a quiet home office.
