Network & IT Infrastructure Support Engineer

Role Overview We are looking for a Network & IT Infrastructure Support Engineer to provide onsite IT infrastructure and user support.

The primary focus of the role will be network support and troubleshooting, with some involvement in systems infrastructure and end-user support.

You do not need to be an expert in every technology listed below. We are looking for someone with a good networking foundation who is comfortable supporting a general corporate IT environment and working with regional or remote technical teams.

Key ResponsibilitiesNetwork & Infrastructure Support

  • Support and troubleshoot corporate LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN and general network connectivity.
  • Support Cisco Meraki networking and wireless infrastructure.
  • Assist with Cisco switches, VLANs, routing and switching.
  • Support firewall and network security troubleshooting, including Fortinet environments.
  • Monitor network and infrastructure health and assist with incident resolution.
  • Coordinate with regional or HQ IT teams for technical issues, changes and infrastructure activities.
  • Maintain basic network and infrastructure documentation.
  • Systems & IT Support
    • Provide basic support for Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP and Group Policy.
    • Support Microsoft 365, Entra ID and endpoint management environments.
    • Assist with backup, patching, monitoring and general infrastructure health checks.
    • Provide onsite support for laptops, desktops, peripherals and Microsoft applications.
    • Assist with user onboarding, device setup and account/access issues.
    • Escalate more complex issues to the appropriate regional or specialist technical teams.
  • Requirements
    • Practical experience in network support and troubleshooting.
    • Good understanding of TCP/IP, VLANs, DNS, DHCP, Wi-Fi, routing and switching.
    • Experience with Cisco Meraki, Cisco networking or similar enterprise networking technologies.
    • Some experience in either:
    • Windows / Microsoft infrastructure support; or
    • Desktop / end-user IT support.
    • Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
    • Able to communicate effectively with users and remote technical teams.
    • Comfortable working independently in an onsite support environment.
  • Advantageous Experience Experience with any of the following would be useful, but is not mandatory:
    • Fortinet
    • Microsoft 365 / Entra ID / Intune
    • Windows Server / Active Directory
    • Veeam
    • Tanium
    • Netskope or other SASE solutions
    • Azure or AWS
    • Infrastructure monitoring tools
  • Candidate Profile We are looking for someone who is strongest in networking and has enough general IT knowledge to support day-to-day infrastructure and user issues.

    You do not need to cover Network, Systems and End-User Support at an expert level. Candidates with broader experience across these areas will naturally have an advantage.

    Work Eligibility This is an onsite position in Singapore.

    Applicants must currently have the right to work in Singapore. Employer-sponsored work pass is not available for this position.
