About the position

The Manufacturing Technology Specialist serves as the bridge between manufacturing operations and the technology teams that support them. This role gathers and translates business requirements, coordinates technology initiatives, and helps ensure manufacturing systems effectively support shop floor operations, user adoption, and continuous improvement. As Modern Niagara continues investing in manufacturing facilities, processes, and capabilities, technology plays a critical role in supporting operational efficiency and scalability. • Contribute operational perspectives to system configuration, process design, and technology prioritization decisions.

Requirements

  • 3–5+ years of experience in a Business Analyst, Systems Liaison, Technology Coordinator, Product Owner, or similar role supporting manufacturing, ERP, MES, or operational technology systems.
  • Working knowledge of manufacturing and ERP concepts including MRP, work orders, bills of materials (BOMs), inventory management, and production workflows.
  • Strong ability to gather, document, and communicate business requirements to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience coordinating priorities and activities across business users, technology teams, and external vendors.
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, and relationship-building skills.
