Key Responsibilities Lead the design and development of high-quality STEM curriculum materials for K-12 education. Manage and mentor a team of curriculum developers, providing guidance and feedback to ensure project success. Conduct research into emerging trends and best practices in STEM education to inform curriculum development. Oversee the integration of technology and hands-on activities into the curriculum to promote active learning. Ensure all curriculum components are aligned with provincial and national educational standards and learning outcomes. Requirements Master's degree or PhD in STEM field, Education, or Curriculum Design. Minimum of 7 years of experience in curriculum development, with at least 3 years in a leadership or management role. Proven expertise in designing engaging and effective STEM education programs . Strong understanding of educational technology, project-based learning, and inquiry-based approaches. Exceptional leadership, communication, and project management skills.
