Shack Shine is a professional home services company specializing in power washing, gutter cleaning, window washing and Christmas Lights Installation of residential and commercial properties. We are hiring general labourers to join us as a Field Technician in Toronto.

We are looking for an energetic, friendly and dedicated individual who enjoys working both independently and alongside other team members. A great attitude and strong work ethic is a must! Successful experience in general labour, construction or a relevant field is an asset.

Description of duties:

  • Window washing (interior/exterior), gutter cleaning and pressure washing of residential homes/properties and commercial businesses. Christmas light installations over the holiday seasons September - December.
  • Organizing and managing equipment and Shack Shine Vehicles.
  • Working with clients to provide exceptional customer service
  • Championing Shack Shine brand in the local community and networking with potential customers as needs arise

About you:

  • 1+ year of experience with general labour is an asset but not mandatory.
  • Friendly/approachable personality
  • A strong work ethic and highly dependable
  • Commitment to providing exceptional customer service
  • Ability to work with ladders, and comfortable with heights is a must
  • Able to do physical work including bending, lifting, and handling commercial tools
  • G Drivers license Required.
  • Clean Drivers Abstract
  • Must be 18+ years of age
