Job Posting: Customer Service Representative (Outbound Focus) – Remote, Part-Time

About Us The Car Girls is an automotive customer care agency supporting dealerships across Canada. We provide an exceptional, concierge-style experience for our clients' guests. Rather than relying on high-pressure sales scripts, we focus on professional, value-driven communication that prioritizes guest safety and service excellence through the use of automotive-specific software.

Position Overview

We are hiring three part-time Remote Customer Service Representatives to focus primarily on outbound guest care and campaign outreach. You will contact existing dealership guests regarding service reminders, safety recalls, and seasonal maintenance packages.

This role is focused on providing professional, courteous, and relationship-driven customer service, with the opportunity to transition into inbound appointment scheduling over time. This is not cold calling or aggressive sales. Instead, you'll be reaching out to existing dealership guests to provide helpful service reminders and schedule appointments.

An exceptional, warm, and professional telephone manner is an absolute requirement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Outbound Care & Scheduling: Contact existing dealership guests to review their service needs and successfully book appointments based on dealership availability.
  • Performance Metrics: Maintain a consistent, productive pace while meeting minimum hourly call volume expectations.
  • Data & System Management: Accurately update customer profiles, record call outcomes, and schedule appointments for required services within the dealership's management system. Maintain accurate records across multiple platforms and learn additional service workflows as needed.
Qualifications & Requirements
  • Communication: Exceptional verbal communication skills with a warm, articulate, and courteous telephone manner, along with strong active listening skills.
  • Experience & Training: Experience in outbound calling, customer service, or the automotive industry is considered an asset; however, we will fully train the right candidate. Initial on-site training at our Aurora office is preferred, although exceptions may be made for qualified out-of-area applicants.
  • Technical & Remote Setup: Proficiency with computer systems, the ability to quickly learn new software, a reliable high-speed internet connection, and a dedicated, quiet, distraction-free workspace.
  • Work Ethic: Highly dependable, with a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Why Join The Car Girls?
  • 100% Remote: Enjoy the convenience of working from home in a professional, fully remote environment.
  • Supportive Team: Join a collaborative team that values professionalism, ongoing learning, and helping one another succeed.
  • Consistent Schedule with Flexibility: Work approximately 3 hours each weekday (Monday to Friday). A daily commitment is required, but we offer flexibility in scheduling your hours to accommodate both business needs and individual availability.
  • Meaningful Customer Service: Build relationships with existing dealership guests by providing helpful service reminders and appointment scheduling—no cold calling or high-pressure sales.
  • Growth Opportunity: As our business continues to grow, there may be opportunities to expand your responsibilities into inbound appointment scheduling and other customer care roles.
Pay: From $18.00 per hour
