International Consultation and Exchange Specialist

Job Overview

Responsible for global industry trend research, cross-border business consultation, and the overall planning & implementation of international exchange and cooperation projects, build a platform for domestic and foreign professional exchanges and cooperation, provide professional international market analysis, industry consultation and cooperation scheme suggestions for the institution and cooperative clients, and promote cross-regional professional resource connection and business collaborative development.

Key Responsibilities

1. Track the development dynamics, market conditions and cutting-edge trends of key global industries, conduct data collection, sorting and in-depth research and analysis, sort out industry benchmark cases and development models, form professional industry research reports and analysis materials, and provide a reference for business decision-making.

2. Overall plan and coordinate cross-border consultation and professional exchange projects, including project scheme design, docking with domestic and foreign partners, whole-process project implementation and later effect review, coordinate international experts and industry resources to ensure the smooth progress of various exchange activities and cooperation negotiations.

3. Provide customized international business consultation services for the institution's internal business teams and external cooperative clients, carry out special market research according to customer needs, issue professional consultation plans, answer industry-related questions, and provide feasible suggestions for business development and cooperation.

4. Participate in the preparation and organization of international professional forums, industry seminars and cross-border cooperation exchange meetings, be responsible for writing, translation and sorting of Chinese and English materials, agenda connection and on-site communication and coordination, and promote cross-cultural professional experience sharing and resource intercommunication.

5. Establish and maintain an international industry information database and partner resource network, continuously update global industry cutting-edge information and market data, regularly sort out industry research results, and improve the institution's international business docking and consultation service capabilities.

6. Complete other international consultation and cross-border exchange related tasks assigned by superiors, and assist the team in completing the relevant auxiliary work of international business development and cooperation implementation.

Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or above, majors in international business, economics, management, foreign languages, international trade, industry research and other related fields are preferred; candidates with overseas study, cross-border exchange or relevant work experience are preferred.

2. Proficient in English (listening, speaking, reading and writing), able to use English as a daily working language; candidates with a second foreign language proficiency are preferred; proficient in Office software, industry data retrieval tools and basic data analysis software.

3. Possess solid capabilities in industry research, market analysis and consultation planning, be familiar with international business exchange and cross-border project operation processes, and candidates with relevant work experience in international consultation, industry research or cross-border business docking are preferred.

4. Have excellent cross-cultural communication and expression skills, project coordination ability and writing ability, with clear logical thinking, rigorous and meticulous work, a strong sense of responsibility, good team cooperation awareness and emergency problem-solving ability.

5. Have good professional literacy, able to adapt to occasional cross-border business trips and cross-time zone work communication, and have the awareness and ability to take the initiative to learn cutting-edge global industry knowledge.
