The role is responsible for cleaning, maintenance, and repair of our modular rental fleet to ensure optimal condition for customers, and for assisting with configuration of units to customer specifications by installing kitchenettes, building walls, and other work. Work locations include the yard, shop, and customer sites. The ideal candidate is a well‑rounded general contractor or handyman, with experience in flooring, window and wall repairs, and exterior siding. Responsibilities Complete general labor duties including cleaning, painting and moving units in the yard. Work closely with the Fleet Administrator and provide updates on fleet condition. Loading/unloading of decks, ramps, furniture and other items as needed. Manage warehouse inventory and shelving system for the branch. Plan for upcoming projects. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications 2–4 years of general laborer experience and/or general maintenance. Modular or trailer/RV experience a plus. Able to work in a fast‑paced environment and juggle multiple priorities. Positive attitude, strong work ethic and team player. Problem‑solving abilities. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Willingness to travel to customer sites on occasion within the local service area during work hours. Fall protection, First Aid Certification and WHMIS an asset. Able to pass a pre‑employment criminal records check and drug and alcohol testing. Comfortable using a tablet. Physical Requirements Comfortable working outdoors in all weather. Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs. Must be able to complete physically demanding duties, including standing for long periods and repetitive movement.
