What You’ll Do

  • Welcome every client with warmth, professionalism, and enthusiasm.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service in person, by phone, text, and email.
  • Schedule appointments and manage the clinic calendar efficiently.
  • Answer inquiries about our treatments, products, and promotions.
  • Convert inquiries into booked consultations through confident communication.
  • Process payments and maintain accurate client records.
  • Assist with retail product sales and educate clients on available skincare products.
  • Coordinate with medical aestheticians and providers to ensure a seamless client experience.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and luxurious reception area.
  • Support daily clinic operations and administrative tasks.

Qualifications
  • Experience in reception, customer service, hospitality, medical office, or medical aesthetics preferred.
  • Experience using booking software such as Fresha is an asset.
  • Strong computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
  • Sales or retail experience is considered a strong asset.
