Responsibilities

  • Host engaging live sales sessions on Facebook Live and TikTok Live, presenting products confidently and clearly to captivate viewers.
  • Interact actively with viewers by answering questions, responding to comments, and encouraging participation to foster a lively community atmosphere.
  • Demonstrate products effectively, highlighting features and benefits to drive interest and sales conversions.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to plan content themes, promotional campaigns, and special events for live broadcasts.
  • Utilize social media management tools such as Hootsuite or Buffer to schedule posts and promote upcoming live sessions.
  • Monitor real-time analytics during broadcasts using tools like Google Analytics to optimize engagement strategies.
  • Maintain a consistent brand voice across all live sessions while ensuring high-quality production standards using Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Creative Suite for visual enhancements when needed.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or live streaming sales is highly preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms including Facebook and TikTok, with familiarity in Facebook Advertising and SEO best practices.
  • Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Creative Suite to create appealing visuals for promotions.
  • Experience with social media scheduling tools like Hootsuite or Buffer to manage content calendars efficiently.
  • Knowledge of Google Analytics for tracking performance metrics and optimizing content strategies.
