About the Role True Talent Solutions Inc. is hiring experienced Order Pickers for our night shift warehouse operations. This role involves precise, high-volume order picking in a fast-paced environment using industrial equipment and digital scanning systems.

What You'll Do

  • Operate a Raymond Order Picker or Crown Order Picker to fulfill orders accurately and efficiently
  • Use RF scanners, barcode scanners, and digital inventory systems throughout your shift
  • Maintain required speed, accuracy, and productivity levels
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced night-shift environment
What We're Looking For
  • At least 1 full year of experience as a Picker or Order Picker
  • At least 3 months of hands-on experience operating a pallet jack
  • Proficient operating a Raymond Order Picker or Crown Order Picker
  • Experience in a fast-paced technology, e-commerce, fulfillment, logistics, or high-volume warehouse environment
  • Comfortable using mobile apps, smartphones, handheld devices, and scanning equipment
  • Tech-savvy and able to learn new systems quickly
  • Responsible, dependable, and able to work night shifts
Compensation
  • Base pay: $17.60/hr
  • First 8 weeks: bonuses bring pay up to $25.00/hr
  • After 8 weeks: performance incentives available based on meeting productivity and accuracy targets
  • Experienced Pickers who consistently meet targets currently earn approximately $28–$33/hr, including incentives
  • Note: the higher earning range is performance-based and not guaranteed — it reflects performance, not length of service
