Responsibilities
Design, build, and maintain reusable native mobile components, variants, patterns, and interaction models for iOS and Android

Define comprehensive component specifications, visual standards, accessibility requirements, and technical implementation guidance

Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and fellow designers to ensure component technical feasibility and consistency

Conduct design reviews and Design QA to uphold strict adherence to accessibility standards and design system integrity

Create clear usage guidelines, documentation, and Figma libraries to encourage broad team adoption and governance

Support AI-ready practices by organizing structured documentation, semantic naming conventions, and metadata for AI-assisted tooling

Qualifications
Demonstrated professional UX/UI experience with a focused background in building and maintaining mobile design systems (iOS/Android)

Advanced proficiency with Figma, including variables, design tokens, auto layout, and scalable library management

Deep understanding of native mobile platforms, platform guidelines, and WCAG accessibility standards

Strong experience defining detailed component behaviors, visual states, and edge cases alongside engineering teams

Proven communication skills with a track record of creating clear, structured design documentation

Familiarity with AI-assisted design workflows, design tokens, or structured metadata frameworks is a strong asset

Personal interest or background in self-directed investing or financial technology is a plus
