Commercial Construction Senior Estimator

This is an exciting opportunity for a Senior Construction Estimator with experience in ICI GC/CM estimating for ground-up new build projects. Collaborate with project managers, architects, and subcontractors to gather accurate project data. Develop and maintain cost databases and ensure estimates are aligned with industry standards. Monitor and update project budgets to ensure alignment with financial objectives.

Support the construction team during the project lifecycle with cost‑related matters. Proven experience in ICI GC/CM estimating for ground‑up new build projects. Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and cost estimation techniques.

Proficiency in industry‑standard estimating software and tools. A commitment to accuracy and detail in all aspects of project estimation. A relevant educational background in construction management, engineering, or a related field.
