Your Role
Here’s what you will be doing:
- Participate in Co-Op, internship, or new graduate opportunities across various departments at CIBC.
- Assist teams with diverse projects and priorities using interpersonal, communication, and technical skills.
- Engage with clients and communities to help transform the bank and reflect their needs.
- Work in roles such as analysts, developers, consultants, coordinators, engineers, frontline support, and more.
- Collaborate within an inclusive culture that encourages authenticity and diversity.
- Adapt to work arrangements including on-site, hybrid, or remote as discussed during interviews.
About You

- Students currently enrolled in a post-secondary institution, participating in a co-op program or graduating April 2027 or later.
