Key Responsibilities Assist journey-level tradespeople with daily tasks and project execution. Learn and adhere to safety protocols and industry best practices on job sites. Operate and maintain tools and equipment under supervision. Participate actively in classroom-based technical training and knowledge acquisition. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings as required. Contribute to a positive and productive team environment through reliable work habits and a willingness to learn. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent is required. Demonstrated interest and aptitude for mechanical or construction trades. Strong work ethic, punctuality, and a commitment to learning. Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting, climbing, and working in various weather conditions. Good communication and teamwork skills.
