We’re Hiring: Senior Amazon PPC Strategist at Sophie Society!

In this role, you’ll run Amazon PPC strategy for a portfolio of brands. It’s hands-on, high-impact, and yes — highly rewarded. This is an intrapreneurial role that allows you to directly scale your rewards as you scale your results.

About Us. Sophie Society has helped 2000+ brands, handled 2400+ different product launches and generated over $200 million in ad revenue. We are also hosts of the world's most attended digital event on Amazon PPC - The profitable PPC Challenge. Yes, loud and proud :)

What You’ll Do:

  • Manage and optimize Amazon PPC strategy for 15 to 18 brands. Hands On!
  • Own client relationships—strategy calls, reporting, and communication.
  • Take on leadership opportunities as you grow within Sophie Society.
  • Be part of a tight-knit, high-achieving team that genuinely supports each other.

Perfect for You If:

  • You love Amazon PPC and want to take your skills to the next level.
  • You thrive in a high-performance, growth-focused environment.
  • You want to be rewarded directly for the impact you create.

Let’s talk numbers and benefits:

  • $4,000 - $8,000+ per month. Base salary + well defined earnings structure and commission opportunities. Our top strategists earn more than the CEO – yes, really!
  • 21 paid days off + annual birthday leave off
  • Potential to grow and lead your own team
  • Paid coworking space if preferred
  • Company provided mic and camera setup
  • Paid yearly company retreat
  • Access to some of the top industry online events
  • We organize an Amazon PPC event called “The Profitable PPC Challenge” where you can learn from thought leaders and eventually be promoted to the status of a mentor
  • Knowledge sharing is in our DNA - every two weeks we go DEEP into Amazon PPC and what is working now and what isn’t. Our strategies do not come from top 10 blogs, but straight from our tests, experiments and actions on Amazon.
  • Access to a massive internal knowledge base
  • 100% remote
  • We maintain a fun & dynamic remote work environment

Qualifications:

  • At least 2 years of experience in Amazon PPC advertising with a proven track record of success while managing Amazon PPC campaigns and had successfully managed a portfolio of brands
  • Full-time team player that’s interested in actively contributing in a mastermind environment
  • Willing to learn and implement the Sophie PPC strategies
  • Curious with the ability to understand the various problems that arise in an Amazon brand outside of the domain of PPC
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in English.
  • Have experience providing excellent client communication, including monitoring and managing client messages, complaints, and requests
  • Own Amazon FBA business and agency experience are a plus
