Role Description The Amazon & eBay Virtual Assistant role is a full time remote position focused on supporting Swift Launch clients in the ongoing management of their marketplace stores. Day to day responsibilities include creating and optimizing product listings, updating product information, managing inventory and pricing, and ensuring accurate categorization across Amazon and eBay.

The role involves monitoring orders, coordinating with fulfillment partners, tracking shipments, and assisting with returns handling to ensure a smooth customer experience.

The Virtual

Assistant will respond to customer inquiries professionally, resolve basic issues, and escalate complex cases to senior team members when needed. Additional tasks include keyword research, competitor analysis, reporting on store performance, and following internal workflows to maintain platform compliance and operational accuracy.

Qualifications

  • Experience with Amazon Seller Central and eBay Seller Hub, including product listing, inventory updates, and basic account management.
  • Strong skills in data entry, spreadsheet use (e.g., Excel or Google Sheets), and maintaining accurate records across multiple platforms.
  • Comfort with online research, basic keyword analysis, and competitor monitoring to support listing optimization.
  • Clear written communication skills for customer messaging, template creation, and professional correspondence.
  • Ability to follow structured processes, meet deadlines, and manage multiple tasks independently in a remote setting.
  • Attention to detail, problem-solving mindset, and willingness to learn marketplace policies and compliance requirements.
