Duties

As an Administrative Officer (Office space planning and accommodation projects), you will participate in the design and planning of workplace environments. You will analyze requirements, prepare space plans, and develop functional and innovative design solutions. You will coordinate project implementation while ensuring compliance with technical, regulatory, budgetary, and scheduling requirements.

Intent of the process The intent of this job advertisement is to staff unilingual and bilingual positions on an indeterminate basis in the National Capital Region. The office is located at Tower C, 330 Sparks Street, Ottawa, Ontario.

To be considered, you must have:

  • Successful completion of a post-secondary education program from a recognized post-secondary institution with a specialization in Interior Design or a related educational field (ex Technician in Architecture)
  • Experience in preparing interior layouts which includes furniture plans, constructions drawings and determining finishes or colours.
  • Experience in the planning and designing of office spaces using Auto CAD.

Tâches En tant qu'agent(e) administratif(ve) à la planification des espaces immobiliers et réalisation de projets d’aménagement, vous participerez à la conception et à l’aménagement des espaces de travail. Vous analyserez les besoins, préparerez des plans d’aménagement et développerez des solutions de design fonctionnelles et innovantes. Vous coordonnerez la mise en œuvre des projets en veillant au respect des exigences techniques, réglementaires, budgétaires et des échéanciers établis.

Intention du processus

L'intention de ce annonce d'emploi est de combler des postes unilingues et bilingues pour une période indéterminée dans la région de la capitale nationale. Le bureau est situé à la Tour C au 330, rue Sparks, Ottawa (Ontario).

Pour être pris en considération, vous devez avoir :

  • Réussite d'un programme d'études postsecondaires d’un établissement d’enseignement postsecondaire reconnu en design d'intérieur ou domaine d'études connexes (ex. Technicien/ne en architecture).
  • Expérience dans la préparation d’aménagements intérieurs ce qui inclus les plans d’ameublement, les dessins de construction et la détermination de finitions ou de couleurs.
  • Expérience avec le logiciel AutoCAD en matière de la planification et conception d’espaces de travail.
