About the Role As a French Speaking Account Manager, you will be instrumental in cultivating and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with Lightspeed's valued accounts. Your deep understanding of client business targets will enable you to introduce our suite of products and integrations, ensuring they achieve and surpass their goals. Location: Belfast (must speak French fluently) What You'll Be Doing ️ - Drive adoption: Maximize client value from Lightspeed Payments, POS software, modules, and integrations. - Build relationships: Serve as the primary contact, fostering trusted, long-term partnerships and proactively supporting client success. - Account growth: Guide clients through upgrades and advanced solutions aligned with their evolving needs. - Create revenue opportunities: Execute upsells, cross-sells, and expansions to meet client goals. - Support adoption: Deliver engaging product demos and ensure full utilization of Lightspeed’s tools. - Monitor performance: Analyze metrics such as Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR), Net Retention Rate (NRR), customer health, and engagement. - Manage satisfaction: Proactively address churn, resolve issues, and strengthen relationships. - Close deals: Negotiate and secure agreements, aiming for renewal, retention, and growth targets.
